At the end of October, we took a trip to Pittsburgh to visit family and go to a wedding. Our trip was certainly an adventure as it was the first time we have been on a plane with Loryn. It wasn't the smoothest trip ever, but I know it could have definitely been worse. We had terrible luck with flights on both legs of the trip. Our flight to Pittsburgh was delayed due to a connection that was running late. The flight was delayed over an hour, which meant we were at the airport for about 3 hours, and then got into Pittsburgh at 11pm. Our flight home was delayed 3 hours, which meant that I couldn't do laundry or grocery shop for the week before I had to send Loryn back to her babysitters. Luckily I still had a little bit of food in the house.
On our trip, we made several trips to Squirrel Hill, went to the Monroeville Mall to get Eric a shirt, Men's Warehouse to get Eric a belt, Target to get Loryn a sweatshirt and sweatpants, and the grocery store for some food items. Besides those generic errands, we had so much fun spending time with my family. My cousins came in from Ohio and DC, my Aunt and Uncle came in from Ohio, and of course my other Aunt and Uncle were already located in Pittsburgh.
Here are some fun pictures from our trip:

Loryn has never seen the leaves change colors. She had so much fun playing in the leaves

It was a bit chilly the first day we were there.

Loryn Loves pizza

Loryn was goofing off in Aunt Barbara's car. The 2nd day was the coldest day of our entire trip. It moved back up to the 70's the next day. Here we are getting our rental car.

One of Eric's favorite meals of our trip. He really enjoyed his Primanti's sandwich.

Loryn and Eric outside of Primanti's. We were told we had to come here for lunch. And we were happy we did. It was very good, and probably had several thousand calories in each plate.

Loryn and Violet playing during the dinner party that Aunt Barbara had for us. There were 16 people at her house. Loryn loved playing with Violet while we were there.

Loryn found mommy's sunglasses in the hotel room

My sorority big sister Cat and her husband Steve with Eric and I outside of Heinz Chapel after the wedding.

The view from the LeMont. It was beautiful.

Heinz Chapel. It was absolutely beautiful from the inside.

Smallman's for brunch before everyone went home. We also went to Pamela's the day before (which was awesome) but forgot to take a picture

Almost everyone was in the picture. Aunt Barbara was at a different table with Ronnie's cousins Jack and Marshall. And Uncle Rick is half hidden in the back of this picture.
